Home workouts 

There are so much access to work outs from apps to YouTube, web sites to Google so we thought we would share with you some of the ones we love.

Apps - these are great as you can download them and then take them with you anywhere you go!

PT in my pocket by the HIIT Mum is just that, a PT with you!  You can sample the app here.
Daily Cardio app  and   Daily Workouts are both great.

Here are some of our favourite work outs, have fun!!

Workout at the Park

The park is a great place to work out it means you can get your workout done while being out with the kids at the park, chances are they will want to join you on a few things and there is plenty of room that they can!

YouTube of course have some have some great videos here are a few that we like.

A simple park workout with Family Fitness.  Only have access to a slide for your workout or maybe a swing these workouts are easy and can be done at any park.

If you are looking for something a little more challenging then why not try this?


Recovery is key to keeping your body in good shape.  We ask a lot from our bodies and only really start to look after the once we feel a niggle or become injured but as we all know, prevention is ALWAYS better than cure!

Foam rollers, yeah they hurt and make you wanna cry but they are great for you and you should be making a date with your roller regularly!  Here is a great video on how to get the most out of your time with the roller!
