Workout at the Park
The park is a great place to work out it means you can get your workout done while being out with the kids at the park, chances are they will want to join you on a few things and there is plenty of room that they can!

Recovery is key to keeping your body in good shape. We ask a lot from our bodies and only really start to look after the once we feel a niggle or become injured but as we all know, prevention is ALWAYS better than cure!
Foam rollers, yeah they hurt and make you wanna cry but they are great for you and you should be making a date with your roller regularly! Here is a great video on how to get the most out of your time with the roller!
