Finding your feet - The hardest step is always the first so we have designed a program especially for those who love the idea of running and want to start but are not sure on what to do next! This 0-5km training program has everything that you need to finish your first 5km strong.
10km Goal - So your running and want to finish your next 10km strong or challanged yourself to a new distance?
21.1km Half crazy! - Our program will get to the start line feeling prepared and across the finish line feeling strong
Fully Crazy, 42.2km Marathon training program - This program includes everything that you will need to prepare you body and mind for the marathon - Coming soon!

It’s not about what shirt you wear, how ‘fast’ you are or what size you are, it’s about supporting each other. Our Runmum Virtual RunCrew are amazing, supportive and understanding. This is a place for you to share you story, a place where like minded people understand trying to juggle family, work, training and life, a place to share the highs and lows of your training, a place to come together and support and encourage each other.
Open to all! You don’t have to be a mum to be a part of the runmum RunCrew however you do need to be respectful, supportive and mindful of those around you.
